The URL syntax for a direct link is:
http://www.bibleserver.com/go.php?ref=<Reference>&bible=<Bible>

You'll have to replace <Reference> with the numeric passage reference you want to link to:
<Reference> = bbcccvvv whereas:
    bb = Book number (01=Genesis, 02=Exodus ... 66=Revelation)
    ccc = Chapter (001 ... 150; 3 digits)
    vvv = Verse number (3 digits; may be 000)
